The story of Charcoal Place is based on a single premise: Offer great product with excellent service in a global environment at affordable prices. The team of Charcoal Place absolutely believes this is possible.
Our Story : Our product is contemporary hardwood charcoal prepared with classic and innovative techniques.
Classic : The classic comes under the direction of Executive Director Babafemi E.A and his team. Babafemi's extensive product credentials makes Charcoal Place a fine buying experience of the first caliber. The team only uses the highest quality hardwood products prepared in a simple and clear style.
Our goal is to let the hardwood charcoal be the star, not mask it through sales pitch. Charcoal bags are carefully prepared to be as flavorful and healthy as possible. The Charcoal place is designed to allow customers to have a full view on the entire supply chain.
Innovation : The innovation comes from the custom designed Hardwood Charcoal. Hardwood Charcoal is believed to have originated in the 8th century and, while used throughout Europe and Africa, is often identified with Grill.
The making of Hardwood charcoal is time consuming involving multiple refining steps of burning the wood over a kiln until it reaches temperatures of 2,400 degrees Fahrenheit and several days of curing. The end result is charcoal that burns at an extremely high temperature and is virtually smokeless in comparison to other charcoal. We only sell charcoal that comes from sustainable forests and contains no fillers or volatile substances - just pure hardwood.
Because of the high temperature, the food can be cooked more quickly. The Meat grilled with our charcoal is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The Vegetables cooked with our Charcoal retain their flavor.
Service : Our staff, led by the Company Manager, Babafemi E.A , are not pretentious nor overly formal. They are trained to help you get the right product and enjoy the shipping experience while still providing expertise and informed service. We want all customers to be treated equally with warmth and respect.
Experience : Our team has more than 20 years of experience in exporting charcoal containers in the global market. We allow and invite customers to participate during the harvesting, collection and shipping phases of our Hardwood Charcoal.

The Cashew tree (Anacardium Occidentale) is a tropical evergreen native to the Americas but is now widely cultivated in Asia and Africa. Cashew in its natural form is a soft, white, meaty kernel contained within the hard shells of kidney shaped, raw cashew nuts. Cashew is consumed all over the world as a snack or used as a food ingredient. Every year, the world eats more than 600,000 metric tons of cashew. And fortunately, it’s a very healthy food. Cashew nuts are among the most nutritious nuts in the world. Cashew Nuts are low in fat, have zero cholesterol, are high in protein, and include a large amount of important vitamins and minerals. Every single cashew nut comes from its own cashew apple, which are grown on cashew trees and thrive in tropical climates. The nuts are then collected, dried, shelled, peeled, graded, and roasted.
